“Life is not what it's supposed to be. It's what it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.”
—Virginia Satir

Individual

Coming to therapy by yourself can be overwhelming. Some people come in with a plan of what they want to work on and others can feel like there are a lot of options and they are unsure where to start. Lets have a seat and start to explore how to help you create change.

While my work is not limited to the below, I have worked with people around: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and transition.

I do accept several insurance plans.
Please contact me to find out if your insurance plan is accepted.

Couples

Relationships are difficult and can also be beautiful. Coming to therapy for couple’s counseling is a wonderful way to assist in helping fine tune your relationship, or provide an overhaul when it feels like the relationship is holding on by it’s last strand, as well as a way to create an easier transition into ending a relationship.

Family

Families are filled with different dynamics and relationships. It can frequently be more effective to work with the full or parts of the family to help create change and ease tensions.
By working with more than just one person, we are able to access parts of the perceived family experience that can allow us to go deeper to the root of the issue and help you all to work together to grow.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a modality that aids in the healing from trauma. EMDR can also benefit traumatic grief, anxiety, and OCD.

Therapists

My practice has had the privilege of providing services for many seasoned and newer clinicians and students. Becoming a therapist is a stressful time and balancing your own life as well as maintaining a work-life balance can benefit greatly with therapeutic support.

Good Faith Estimate (GFE):

Please be aware that the length of treatment varies on the therapeutic problem and goals set between the therapist and individual and may change during the course of working together or due to life circumstances.

My out-of-pocket rate is $180 for individuals and $200 for couples and families per hour and treatment may take between 1-52 sessions per year, at an annual cost for individuals of $180-$9360 or for families and couples of $200-$10,400.

If you are using insurance these costs vary depending on deductible type and copay/co-insurance amount. To estimate a customized annual expense estimate use the calculation: 52*your copay/co-insurance, if you have not met your deductible for a plan I am paneled with, please speak with me about my contracted rate with your plan.

Please inform me if you are working with a budget and we can discuss a time-limited treatment plan.
